Spanish Night at the Lesters:)

Somedays just end better than others:) Tonight Leigh made one of the best meals EVER!!! She handed me a cook book with TAPAS recipes in it. (I got to pick two) For those who don't know, tapas are Spanish dishes similar to an horsdoeuvre. She made salmon in mojo sauce and manchego cheese with an amazing Spanish Salsa. I'm telling you, if she were to open a restaurant, I would put my money on her. Only problem is clean up:) I really do wish I could be more helpful. Oh, well! I'm getting better and when I am I'll do the dishes and take out the trash. AND if I haven't said so, she is the greatest wife ever. She really takes great care of me.
